I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
First round was with in house recruiter who was very good. The 2nd round was really strange. They asked questions that had nothing to do with the role in the 'skills interview'. No interest in my profile, just bog standard probability questions and some consultant type questions that entry level grads get asked because they don't have relevant work achievements on their CV to talk about.
For a firm that wants to build things fast, the process was pretty far from practical or logical and in my opinion they ended up not hiring someone who could have got their new project up and running in 6months.
