I spent 30+ hours on the interview process. Their feedback said I should have done more. 4 months later the job is still being newly advertised on job sites almost every week. They've had literally thousands of applicants all over Europe for this one role, and yet they haven't hired. An incredible waste of so many people's time. Two possible scenarios: - They realise their hiring process (not the candidates) is the problem - There is no role. They're conducting interviews to get free ideas for the company
