Several pre-interview's, then one with a region CEO then also the take home challenge.
Take home challenge is a Data Set best suited to BA's but given to everyone. Was pitched as a presentation and one would presume an opportunity for them to see how you tackle problems in isolation. Sadly however its a generic exercise with the solution online. They want that one solution.
