It’s a shame how unprofessional the recruiters are they just ignore you instead of send an email explaining what happened or if the process is going forward… They reached out to me regarding a Backend Engineer position on a Friday and I replied on the same day, then they asked for my availability for next week on a Saturday (which is unusual and I don’t mind that but this shows that they have the availability to at least reply an email after the call interview) We arranged an interview for Tuesday 29th of November and everything went very well they even asked for my availability for next interview with the Lead Engineers, the recruiter tried to book a slot with them but couldn’t find any for that week because they were on holiday, so she said that will send me an email with all the details in an hour o so. She didn’t send anything so, I waited for next day but she still didn’t send anything so I tried to sent a follow up email on Thursday but never received a reply, I even tried the next week after the interview but never get a response. I can understand the process has been closed or any other reason but I think if I spent my time on an interview that apparently went well the minimum should be to receive any feedback from the recruiter.
