I had a first interview with the Talent Partner and then three Interviews. It was casual and yet very professional. The Talent Partner, Lientjie, is very friendly, on top of things, and supportive. She kept me in the loop during each step of the process, took time to debrief with me and made me feel comfortable before each Interview. She answered all the questions that came to my mind and she’s remained available from the first contact until now. It’s been a really pleasant experience. The time from one interview to another was enough to give me time to prep and get ready. There was no trick question during the technical interviews. It was all relevant with the position advertised. Regardless of getting the position or not, it was a great experience overall.
