First was a phone interview with normal interview questions. Second was a sit down with more of a conversation type feel. Then a tour of the facility. Both interviews seemed efficient and beneficial to the hiring process.

The interview process was very fair and I believe it was 3 rounds. They asked the standard questions and met with VP Sales, engineering and finance teams. Nothing else to report

the interview process was very organized. The hiring team for Rexel works very diligently with potentials on any position that is available. I would recommend this company to anyone from sales to automation.
