Interview
HR scheduled interview, met with Operations Manager for in person interview. Discussed job role and wages verbally and contract came back with discussed wage. Easy, no pressure offer. Management and HR were a breeze to deal with regarding scheduling.

A few phone interviews with different people, a test project and then a final interview. The phone interviews were with my boss and that person's boss. Overall, it was a good experience.
