Given this economy and how hard it is to find stable employment, I found interview was a waste of time. An extremely, complete waste of time.
You complete 2 different “assessments” of your personality, which I guess advances you to the next step.
From the initial recruiter contacting me (which I ignored the first time based off reviews), a month later she reached out again. I responded, completed assessments, forwarded to next recruiter who grilled me about work experience and poker faced as if I had the qualities they were searching for based off my extensive case management background. I should’ve go with my gut and refused the request to interview.
It seems they are not seeking someone established, but rather someone new without experience that they can bully around. Give off clique impression and not true growth.
I would recommend their interview process to a Gen Z or even Gen Alpha as that what it seems they are seeking.
My advice is when you see view a resume and see that the person has an accomplished and established job history, do not reach out to meet your numbers if it’s not your intention to genuinely fill the vacancy. Also, do not request a follow up to first interview to clarify anything knowing good and well you were not going to move forward.
