The initial contact was to set up assessments to be taken online. They were to be done as soon as possible. They were heavily math-based. I started late one night and ended up skipping the last section and a half. It was very extensive, 15 sections of 8 pages of questions each, on average.
Beyond this, there was a phone interview with the HR recruiter. It was mostly background and behavioral questions. Shortly afterwards, we scheduled another phone interview for the following week with someone in the marketing department. Additional behavioral questions and position-related questions. Yet another interview with yet another marketing administrator was scheduled. More of the same conversation points. A personal interview was later scheduled as a sort of meet and greet. Also at this time, there was yet another mathematical assessment to take (think SATs).
Within two weeks an offer came along.
