I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Sep 2012
Interview
you send in your resume, they email you or call you to ask you a few short questions and to schedule a testing time at their facility, then you have to take about 5 online tests (some are timed) and also fill out an application. After you have completed all of that, you must go in and take the last test, the aptitude test. They will send you an email that has a few example questions of what to expect on the test. I highly suggest studying for the math portion. The pattern and sequencing recognition stuff isn't too difficult. After taking your aptitude test, you might be interviewed....you might not. The actual interview itself was really short and easy.
****additional info****
the reviews that i have read on this site are definitely true! It's a privately owned company, so they pretty much just pick and choose whoever they want. You will definitely notice that most of the employees walking around are of a "certain" type. You could have all of the experience in the world and be perfectly qualified for the position, but they won't accept you because they simply just don't feel like it. I would have to sum the place up as trying to join a prestigious club. I have known lots of very intelligent people whom have interviewed there, but did not get any job offers. I'm not trying to trash talk this place, but i just felt like informing others of what to expect. also, everyone was really nice tho, but that's about the only plus i can think of.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
they were all pretty easy. "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" "how did you here about us?" None of the questions were even related to my skills for the potential position.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
