Everything other posters said is true. They make you take a test. I passed, had an interview, but did not get a job offer. They asked me several times during the interview about what MINIMUM salary requirement I had.

Quick call by the HR asking basic behavioral questions and telling about the role and the team. No specific technical questions were asked. It was more of the interviewer speaking than asking questions from me
Long and not worth it. Would not recommend. Felt like a massive waste of time. Interviewer was also late and came off as pushy. In the end the ghosted me after the assessment.

The interview process was very easy and smooth. Highmy experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
