I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on Indeed about this position and was asked if I was interested in interviewing for it. I accepted and she notified me that I had to complete a list of tasks beforehand. I was emailed a personality and ethics assessment test to complete (about an hour long total). I was then informed that I needed to complete an on campus (HQ) aptitude assessment as well. The in person aptitude assessment was about an hour long, timed, multiple choice exam (computer based). So, REVIEW the sample exam they give you beforehand because some of the questions may appear on the actual exam. Afterwards, I was told to wait in the waiting room to see if my exam was processed correctly. I believe they review your results on whether or not you are qualified to stay for an additional interview. I was asked for an additional interview which lasted about 5 mins and was told that I would hear about the next steps within 3-5 business days. (A.K.A more interviewing)
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our interview process. We’re glad that you mentioned the sample exam. Candidates find the sample questions to be very helpful when preparing for the assessments.

Interview
Long, impersonal, obviously didn't read any of my application, or the questions they asked me before the interview. Made me not want to work there before the interview began. Then emailed me twice after to apply again, and didn't take my application both times. Thanks Reynolds and Reynolds!
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Took an online assessment and had a Zoom interview with a recruiter. Was asked to complete a form asking about my employment history, family information, and background and interests (behavioral type of questions). Chose not to proceed futher with the interview process.
