Before they even look at your resume or credentials they require you take 2 hours worth of testing at home and 1hour of testing at their location. These tests are completely irrelevant to any work that you would be doing in any position and are honestly completely pointless and only harm the company. My guess is some retrograde old-fashion thinking Higher-up thinks that this pseudo IQ test will guarantee the company only brings in Einsteins. I considered not even showing up to take the onsite test after seeing that there starting pay is laughably poor for all positions. All the other reviews here saying similar things are a testament to just how outdated and pointless R&R's hiring process is, and the companies reputation reflects that. R&R is a company infamous for its poor quality products and services and with no interest in growth for their employees. My advice, dodge this bullet as having a dying company like R&R on your resume will only set you back in your career.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
