Odds of making it past online test are slim (as I've done it several times). You would think that with such a high turnover and constant hiring posts they would figure out what they're doing wrong. Seems like a terrible place to work. Low pay. Long hours. Not worth the hoops you have to jump through to actually get your foot in the door.
