It was easy. All you have to do is apply online. Once you apply online they will send you an email so you can access their portal. You once again apply in their portal and take the assessment test. After that I got an email to do a skype interview.

Interview
First there was a interview with HR about basic background: past jobs, why you chose your major, clubs/extracirriculars, strengths & weaknesses. Then a interview with the manager who asked technical questions (arrays, BST, stack, queue). Then a final in-person interview about 2 hours where current software devlopers asked about your projects and then other reated technical questions with some behaivoral.

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

Interview
I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
