I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2010
Interview
I arrived at the building and there were about 7 other people waiting also. We all went into a testing room to take a series of seemingly irrelevant tests about such things as spatial relationships. Then I believe I was one of few to get asked back to interview in one of their interview rooms. The interview actually went very well and she said she liked me alot but I got an email almost 2 weeks later telling me that they would not extend an offer to me.

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
