I applied for the position of Customer Consultant at Seattle location. It consisted of 5 months training at Texas after which the candidate will return to Seattle n join. They mailed me back with a 1800 no to call.On calling the HR lady asked me some routine questions like if i use drugs, tobacco products,m i willing to live for 5 months at Texas for trng,if i have driving license, any traffic violations i have received etc etc all were very easy to answer because i have never used drugs, tobacco or had any problem with other questions. Then she said u cleared this round n she will now mail me a link for online assessment. The online assessment was a very very detailed exam consisting of vocabulary, personality test, ethical assessment, quantitative questions, verbal and non verbal reasoning. It took hrs to complete.mostly the sections were time based. After completing the test they mailed me after 2 days that i didn't qualify although i had performed well. But since i don't know the criteria of their selection i can not say what they were looking for in an ideal candidate.Overall the interactions with R&R were nice and friendly.Though i feel the selection process is little bit tough looking at the position i had applied for.
