I applied online and received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone call. After the phone call I received an email to schedule a video call with the manager. After this I received an email to schedule a 3 hour long session of multiple interviews with different team members.

Describe a time when you experienced a difficult customer and how you handled it.
The first stage of the interview process was nice and relaxed. Going to the second stage, I was interviewed by a panel of three interviewers, two my potential managers and one the Product owner. Felt like the interviewers were grilling me with questions, and the product owner was not at home when interviewing me. Felt incredibly drained after the interview finished.
