Ghosted after being told I have a second interview. The first inter went well, lasted about 30 mins. Questions mainly about background and skills related to the role. The I was told I will be meeting with the hiring manager ( who usually gets back within a couple of days) and another person from the team. I didn't hear anything back from the recruiter and sent a follow up email after a few days. But never heard back from them, no update about the process or response to the follow up.
