Don't be surprised if the interviewer has little to no experience making hiring decisions. Rheem has grown so quickly that many inexperienced persons have been promoted to roles for which they are ill-prepared. My interviewer had over a decade with Rheem but no real qualifications for his title and position. I got the feeling he/she was threatened as they were evasive and couldn't answer questions about the job description that he/she had created. The position was a carbon copy of one I'd held previously, but the interviewer seemed more intent on using questions for competitive intelligence on how I did my previous job. Couldn't put the ego aside and discuss how I could help the company, but seemed more turf conscious. I still think Rheem is a great company, but the new CEO needs to shake the org chart a bit.
