I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Rheem (Montgomery, AL) in Feb 2019
Interview
Two step process. Began on campus and then finished at the location. The on location interview was more formal. Fairly relaxed environment. Spoke with two separate people from the same department.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rheem in May 2025
Interview
Had a total of 3 interviews before I was offered a role; Two interviews with engineers and leadership, and one with HR. The interviews were fairly simple, with mostly behavioral questions and questions about past experience, and how I handled different situations with respect to decision making, work flow and team communication. There were some essential technical-leaning questions, though nothing too complicated if you have a good grasp of early engineering and physics courses. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful, and HR was very supportive and quick to respond in the onboarding process. Overall, a smooth experience which bodes well for an inviting and communicative culture.
