The internal talent recruiter reached out to me via email and we set up a phone interview. His questions were not technical related, only centered around where I was located and willingness to commute the 45 minute commute a few times a week. Multiple times he said I fit the role. When answering for average to above average salary compensation, according to industry standards, he expressed that this would not be an issue... three days later I receive a voice-mail from him calling me another name for a different position. I informed him that he called the wrong number and he called himself "dumb". I have not heard back since and would be hesitant to continue with the process.
