I was contacted by a recruiter who thought I would be a good match. I interviewed with the hiring Manager and it seem to go really well. He moved me to the next step - a personality test with Select Testing. There were on-line tests that needed to be completed before a 2 hour telephone "interview." i thought everything went well, but the recruiter was contacted and told they were considering others based on the Select test. I asked both the hiring manager and the testing agent for details, but none were provided
