The interview process itself was fairly standard. Began with a phone interview with recruiter and then a 1-hour in person group interview with two of the HR Business Partners and the HR Director. Did I get the position? No, and the only way I found that out was the fact that they ended up ghosting me after the final group interview. Incredibly unprofessional and just a complete waste of time.
