They ghost you during the interview process. This culture is followed everywhere at Rhenus. I was interviewed twice. Once by an HR from Bangkok, Thailand and another from an HR from Hong Kong. They just waste your time by calling you and inviting you at heir office and after that they literally ghost you. HR goes silent or dead. No response, no answers on call or emails. Total waste of time.
