I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rho (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied online and heard from a HR professional in less than a week. HR phone interview consisted of typical questions that you would expect. Made it to a second phone interview a week later with the hiring manager and someone else on the team. Asked basically the same questions as the first interviewer. Made it to a final in-person interview that they had to push to two weeks later. This interview was uncomfortable. They sat me in a room and cycled interviewers through while I sat there. Felt like a prisoner. The last interviewer conducted the "culture fit" interview which were just situational questions. This was the hardest part of the interview. Not really because of the difficulty of the questions, but because of the interviewer that yawned the entire time. For a company that is so focused on a positive culture, you know how to make candidates feel unwanted.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rho (Durham, NC)
Interview
My interview schedule consisted of four 30 minute blocks followed by a one-hour "culture fit" interview. The people I interviewed were from BD, marketing and operations. Although the interview schedule was intimidating, my interviewers were laid back and asked very good questions.
