I found the job posting through the state's unemployment website. I applied online and received a call from HR and had a brief (about 20 minute) interview where we went over pretty generic information (mostly confirming things on my application). We set up a time for a follow-up phone interview. During that interview, I spoke with someone I would be working under, and this was more of a real interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and I got the impression that she thought I was 'over qualified'. However within a week HR called to set up an in-person interview. This interview was about 2 hours long. I met with HR folks for about an hour and they asked me generic interview questions. Then I met with people I would actually be working with, and they asked me questions about my resume, and questions about how I would handle work related situations. I felt good about the interview when I left.
