I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rhythm Engineering (Lenexa, KS)
Interview
I saw the advertisement and applied online. I received a call from the HR and they spent about 15 minutes asking general questions. After that, I was brought in for a group interview with the techies. The questions were grueling. They had me solve about 4 to 5 problems during the interview. I think they also were looking for a cultural fit. Finally, I had a 15 minute interview with the CEO. He's a sharp cookie. You can't get away trying to pull a smooth one over him.
