There was none as HR at Ricoh sent me an e-mail to schedule me an interview. I replied but no contact back. E-mailed again but again no response. Really furious for wasting my time.

Went in for an interview for mailroom clerk, got passed on to another manager for a different role as a field support representative. Got hired. I'm now a receptionist.
