I applied online. The process took about two weeks.
I received a phone interview and had a MS teams interview scheduled the follow week. It was quick - about 30 minutes, and I was told I'd hear back by the next week. I never heard anything, and a month later the posting was closed, so ghosting is common.

Two step interview. The first was a screening interview and I was asked questions about printers and technical support. The second was a panel of two. They wanted to know if I had any customer service experience.
