I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ricoh (Macon, GA)
Interview
Questions about collections, working in a call center environment, and mock role playing scenario. They lie though when they say that it will be 90 days probational period before you get hired...they will then say that they have a hiring freeze and prolong your temp period as long as they want!!!! They are crooks!!!!! and liars!!!!!
Goed contact.
