Panel Interview and one round with HR, one round with regional operation manager followed by reporting sales manager. It was easy and went well. ricoh conducted the overall process and took 2 weeks to close the same which was quite smooth overall.

Applied online, was contacted to select a time via an online calendar and spoke with recruiter. Typical interview questions. Nothing too complicated. Then was selected to go forward to local office and meet with sales manager and have more of a true interview and learn more about position in depth.
Personally the interview was quite chill and the hiring manager is very nice. Supposed there is another round of interview, but they have decided to cut short on the interview process.
