I received an invitation to a telephone interview on the 27th of February 2025. I was asked to give my availability for the next week when I would receive a call to go over what would occur in the interview. I did not receive a call that week, but two weeks after, which I missed because my availability had then changed. I emailed to give my availability for the following week, and the same thing happened again. No communication regarding when they were going to call me, no voicemail, and outside of my availability. The third time I emailed twice about my availability, hoping to get this all sorted. I was phoned 15 minutes after an important in-person interview with another company, outside of my availability, and the voicemail that they left me was entirely in Chinese. Nowhere on my application does it state I speak Chinese. I have never experienced such disorganisation and lack of communication in any of my applications, this call could have occurred within the first week if I was given a specific time instead of having to wait for 9 hours everyday just in case. I was just rejected over email presumably because I missed three of their phoning attempts. Very frustrating to be ran around for multiple months just to end up being rejected because of their lack of organisation.
