      Copier Fleet First Responder Interview

      Mar 18, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Albuquerque, NM
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (Albuquerque, NM) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Submit online application with resume. After revieing your resume and application, a job recruiter will send you an e-mail to setup a time for HR to call you and screen you about your resume. Some places the manager will call you first and see how things are going. If the job recruiter is satisfied they will pass your information on to that manager that called you and they will setup an in person interview with you. The in person interview is expanding on your resume and explaining your job duties at the places you worked, and asks you baisc interview questions. If you ace this you move on to the second interview and get asked to break down your resume for another person, and experiences and any behavioral questions. If you pass you will get a call with a job offer and explaining the next steps.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe a time for me, actions you took, and the outcome of good customer service. Why do you think you haven't gotten employed by other employers?
