This was absurd! The location IT manager has very little management experience and it showed during this interview. He asked extremely vague and hypothetical questions and then wanted to rephrase every answer I gave, as if I was wrong but wasn’t. I have over twelve years IT in corporate and government, been through at least a hundred interviews in my life and never had to deal with anyone like this.
