This process was unorganized and unprofessional. Interview was rescheduled 2x w/o notice, just received new date and time in outlook. HM wasn’t sure if the position would be FT or PT. I was informed to follow up. Did so a week later. Was told more info would be provided soon. So, a couple weeks later follow-up and never received a response. I look on Indeed and see the position has been reposted. Communicating w/ candidates through process, especially those who took time to interview is important, as it’s some people 1st interaction w/ company.
