They have a pretty short hiring process: once a position opens up, they typically want you to come to work that night if they call you in. Typically this seems to be due to people quitting with no notice
Easiest. Interview. Ever. Overnight stocking is done with a three man crew, and one of them walked off the job. I was called, asked if I could start that very night, and immediately I was filling out employment paperwork.
