First interview seemed to go well, despite the interviewer being 45 minutes late for the call. It was an open ended interview, which I appreciate better than cookie cutter questions. After the conversation we confirmed that I would be on to the next round and even discussed what would happen there (onsite). When it came time to schedule that, they ghosted me. No replies at all, I have no idea what happened.
