I applied through their career site. Was contacted by their recruiter who set up an initial phone screen. The phone screen was a bit strange. The interviewer started out by saying that they weren't good at phone screens but they'd give it a try. Following that the interviewer questioned my resume in disbelief of many of the things that were on it. It was strange, from the first question I felt like I was being interrogated.
