I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral (Denver, CO) in Sep 2017
Interview
The inside recruiter was super friendly and very positive about the company. We had a 40 minute phone call and she did a great job selling me on the position and the organization. Then I had an in-person interview at the Denver office with 2 sets of people. The first set of people were 2 managers and 1 account executive. The second set of people were 1 manager and 1 account executive. Everyone was very down-to-earth and kind. I could really see myself working along side all of these folks. It actually seemed strange that I did not get an offer when the energy and vibe during the entire process was so welcoming. The lack of transparency (pretending to like me and my skill set) and not providing any feedback as to why I was not chosen was disturbing.

Interview
My resume was submitted by a Director at RingCentral. I had all the required skills for the job, yet I never received an email or phone call for an interview. Recruiters seem lazy.

Good interview process. Completed 3 stages. Position was ultimately pushed to another quarter. They were respectful of my time and communicated quickly. I do hope to explore future opportunities with them at a later date.
Lots of back and forth with corporate recruiter and multiple interviews back to back with sales leadership and team. The longest interview process I have ever experienced. The process was grueling.
