They reached out to me, had me phone screen with a recruiter at corporate (SF), then a phone screen with the manager (in Denver), then another phone screen with a would be colleague (in Austin) and then a skype with the manager, they then extended a verbal offer and never followed up with the written and now the role is on hold for another two months, really poor candidate experience
