Putting this review to give heads up to potential future candidates. Applied and got a call from recruiter within weeks. First :- HR Screening, It was fairly decent, about 30-40 minutes on what you do and what makes you fit and all Second -> Video Conf with Senior Engineers, Tech Talks. This is where I failed apparently the claims, so I have to put this info as I was clueless what sorta question will be there. Unlike, top firms, no Algo at all ( not even remotely ), Basic C++ concepts, STL library and all, Types of pointer and all. No Coding at all. I think if you are average engineer, you will easily pass through. I couldnt because I am literally in a personal mess right now and couldnt get enough serious on anything, and I am getting processed with bigger firms and was expecting Algo questions. Anyways, my overall experience was , it appears to be very non engineering driven organisation which I kinda dont prefer so even if I would have made it, I am not sure I would have accepted.

It's quite lengthy process. It has three technical rounds on managerial round and One HR round. Technical round are quite good, deep into the programming knowledge and evaluating the SIP and IMS.
