I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral (Denver, CO) in Sep 2013
Interview
I went through the interview process for the new Denver location. After a few phone interviews and an on-site interview, I was very kindly turned down and encouraged to apply again. The catch? During the same time another person that I worked with at a previous company was interviewed and hired. I am in sales and sales figures are circulated company wide every day. I sold more than this person on every metric, month after month. I was not extended an offer and this person was. Just for the record, he did have two things that I do not have. He was younger than me and he was male.

There was not really any hard questions. All the questions were what one would expect.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RingCentral (Mandaluyong City) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process lasted for 1 whole day. The first 2 interviews are easy but for the final interview you will be talking to the Director so that's kind of scary.
