One word -- horrific. Nine interviews over 6 weeks. Ghosted by a few others. Then a 1 hr. presentation to a panel of 8-10. Most I spoke with seemed overworked and unhappy. The more I spoke with them, the more I questioned the real opportunity. In the end, the only lesson learned -- trust your intuition.
