I applied online. I interviewed at RingCentral (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
A "recruiter" messaged me to let me know they were interested in me for a role. The "interview" consisted of the "recruited" trying to get me download their app. He was obviously reading from a script, and it seemed pretty obvious that the main goal was for me to sign up for their video conference service. I could be wrong, but I've done multiple interviews with all kinds of companies, and never, ever had this kind of weird experience. I'm not following up with them. Weirdos.
