An executive recruiter reached out for a VP role. Had initial conversation and the recruiter seemed nice. Had a call with hiring manager after. Then two weeks of silence and suddenly they wanted to get me into a loop.Mind you, recruiter didn’t give a reason or apologized . Proceeded with the loop, which comprised of folks from all levels below VP. I was uncomfortable when somebody with half my experience was interviewing me. After the loop pin drop silence. I followed up for three weeks and never heard back. That recruiter should be fired.
