      Implementation Advisor Interview

      May 10, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral

      Interview

The interview was done in 3 steps for an hour and half. It was conducted by: - Technical Account Manager: He gave a me a brief description of the job which was: Teaching the customer how to initially setup their RingCentral account and all the items included within. The IA must be able to determine the things causing client pain points and eliminate them where they hide. After the sale has been made, we stay in constant contact with the customer to schedule training, therapy, and reassurance sessions. Constant contact may mean keeping up to date with all Implementations given, making sure all appointments are scheduled, making sure any questions that come up during the initial setup are answered, as well as keeping detailed notes of what has happened through the entire process. Being flexible as it may mean shifting your lunch one day and potentially not getting a lunch the next. Scheduling skills as this may mean 5 to 6 meetings a day with phone calls juggled between each one, all while answering emails and updating notes. It’s a lot and can make you feel like you’re pulled in 5 different directions at once. - Implementation Advisor - Technical Account Manager
