Round 1 - Screener Round 2 - Interview with hiring manager (hardest) Round 3 - Panel interview (easiest) Round 4 - Presentation (medium) took lots of prep Round 5 - Interview with different hiring manager ...and then I never received a response. Went through 5 rounds, waited a week and a half to hear back to get told that I didn't get the job but they wanted to consider me for a different CSM role and just wanted me to meet with the hiring manager of that team since I had gone through the entire interview process already. I willingly set up time to meet and this went really well. It has been over a month and I have been completely ghosted. I reached out via email multiple times, linkedin, called and left a voicemail, and have heard nothing but crickets. Super disrespectful for a company to take up this much of my time just to never give me an answer. Even if they did call me I don't think I would accept an offer at this time due to the lack of respect for their candidates.
