Interview
Recruiter contacted me, and arrange lots of interview to me. It really sucks for wasting my time. Additional interview was introduced after the "Final" on-site interview. The interviewer in the additional interview only asked me about how's the software development process going in my former company, and then they reject me because the development process in my former company is not the SAME as their company. It's a joke to reject me by this ridiculous reason after they arranged 4 interviews to test my programming skills and I passed all. I think they will never get good engineer, because I don't think good company e.g. Google, Facebook, etc has the SAME software development process as their process. If they really care about this, they should arrange this kind of interview earlier, not after wasting time for interviewing programming skills for 4 times (and ask me to drive 30 miles to on-site interview with them).

The technical interview started immediately with a live coding task of average difficulty. It wasn’t an algorithmic challenge, but rather a real-life scenario related to event consumption. After that, I was asked what changes would be needed to make it work with concurrency in mind.
