I interviewed with the recruiter and after successfully completing that interview I was given a very specific and extensive homework assignment. I spent several hours over a few days to create two powerpoint documents aimed at addressing current issues in the business. Next I was interviewed by a series of stakeholders and the hiring manager. Twice I was scheduled to meet with the final interview panel including a C-Suite member and the interviews were cancelled last minute in the final round. I never had the opportunity to meet with the panel and the interviews were cancelled after hours before an early morning interview. The recruiter was very responsive and helpful, but the hiring manager didn't appear to be on the same page with the rest of the interview team leading to surprises and last minute changes.
